Tune in to The Breeze Breakfast Show with Steve Priestley from the 24th of July where you can win a family ticket to Refresh Festival, at Wellington Country Park on the 2nd and 3rd of September.

Refresh is an outdoor health and fitness festival and the first of its kind in the Hampshire and Berkshire area where the health, well-being and fitness industry will collaborate all in one place providing a vast range of activities, workshops and product trials for all to experience.

The 2-day event will be hosted by the inspirational and motivational, twice Olympic gold medallist, Dame Kelly Holmes DBE and is open to all levels of fitness, packed with a variety of activities and workshops for all to try.
