Mike Bailey
Mike is chairman of the Paignton Festival committee (formerly Torbay Carnival), which raises money for local Charities.
He works tirelessly alongside his committee team and volunteers to put on 9 days of free entertainment for the whole family on Paignton Green.
Mike has been nominated for his dedication and continued efforts to ensure that Paignton Festival lives on year after year.
