Relax Kids received £300

Relax Kids benefits all children and teaches important life skills such as managing behaviour managing emotions and also helps with children who struggle to get to sleep. 

I've had lots of positive feedback from schools and parents about the positive changes that they have seen in their children which has been fantastic.

I've even had someone come back to me to say that their daughter is no longer being bullied at school because of the actions of a child who had been on one of my courses!

Following an advert on the radio about the Breeze Kids Trust Fund I thought I would apply for funding. 

I wanted to bring Relax Kids to children who might not be able to access the courses I'm running so asked funding that would enable me to run a 6 week course for 10 children. I'm working with Popley Spotlight Centre to identify children who would benefit and I'm looking forward to starting the course soon. 

The course will cover anxiety and worry, happiness, being positive about yourself and positive thinking in general.
