Basingstoke Young Carers received £500 & Basingstoke Voluntary Services received £250

At Basingstoke Young Carers we offer the chance for young carers ages 8-18 to take a break from their caring responsibilities by providing activities, information, support and guidance at 3 x weekly youth clubs, day trips and residential.

Our aim is to better identify young carers and provide support for young carers to develop emotionally and physically, as well as to take full advantage of opportunities for educational achievement and life success.

We also provide information and support to the family to ensure they have all the support and help they need, and work with many partnerships.

The Breeze Kids Trust donation of £500 will help us to update our computers in our youth clubs and the donation of £250 will help young carers exhibit their art work at an exhibition to raise money for our cause.
