I run a weekly session for children of walking age and upwards. We try out different sports each week and play lots of games. My aim is to introduce children to sport from a young age to encourage a healthy lifestyle. It is an active class with no pressure to perform, so the children can simply have fun.

Importantly, I am making this group affordable as there are classes out there for families; but they are very expensive especially if you have more than one child. I am hoping to start more classes if there is a need.
